Spicy Marinated Lollipop No. of Pieces: 8~12 How to Cook: Tawa or Non Stick Pan: Heat a lightly oiled pan or tawa. Place marinated chicken without overlapping Cook for 2 minutes and then flip over keep grilling for 2 more minutes.. Cook till the outside starts to turn golden brown. Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve immediately. Oven Method: Preheat oven to 240 Deg C. Place marinated chicken on the wire grill , skewers or roast pan with a gap between them. Bake for 15 minutes, then baste with a little ghee or butter. Continue baking for 4 to 5 more minutes.
